After confirming the customer's service request, Huaxing Electronics will arrange technical personnel to provide consultations to the customer through the internet, telephone, or fax within the response time, help the customer locate faults, propose solutions, and ultimately guide the customer to troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions.

After confirming the customer's service request, if the technical malfunction of the equipment cannot be resolved through telephone support, and it is determined through mutual agreement that on-site troubleshooting is necessary, Huaxing Electronics will dispatch experienced engineers to analyze the cause of the malfunction, develop a troubleshooting plan, and ultimately eliminate the fault.
2. For potential communication interruptions caused by on-site troubleshooting solutions, Huaxing Electronics engineers will remind customers on site.
3. After on-site troubleshooting, the engineer will submit a written analysis report on the fault resolution to the customer.
(1) If the equipment malfunctions, the customer agrees to promptly notify Huaxing Electronics of the situation of the faulty equipment and submit relevant work records to Huaxing Electronics for troubleshooting.
(2) Customers can exchange faulty components for qualified spare parts of the same type from Huaxing Electronics to eliminate faults in the shortest possible time. Qualified spare parts can be either new or repaired.
According to actual needs, Huaxing Electronics provides two technical support assistance methods: remote communication maintenance and on-site troubleshooting.
(1) The Technical Support Department of the Customer Service Center has a 7 * 24-hour on duty remote support center. If customers have any questions, they can contact us at any time, and the staff can remotely operate and maintain the equipment in real-time.
(2) In case of emergency, staff from Huaxing Electronic User Service Center can come to the site to guide maintenance work.
